FPS Facility Project Services is a growing company and have a dedicated team in house and on each site to ensure we exceed all our clients’ expectations. We work with a variety of Commercial and Retail partners, both large and small, across Sydney. Of which include the defit of retail and commercial projects, and the strip out services for end of lease commitments.
FPS also worked with CPB Contractors and were engaged to do the defit of the CPB prototype for Wynyard Walk Tunnel Project.

We are currently working closely with Lend Lease and Westfield with ongoing defit works at Macarthur Square and other shopping centres across Sydney. Completing all your “back to base” and make-good works for your commercial or retail leases. We deal directly with centre managements and collaborating with them throughout the duration of the works.
We have a team of electrical and plumbing contractors whom we work closely with in each new job, ensuring your tenancy is stripped back to base from start to finish. Committed to offering professional service for your business, never compromising on quality of work.
We also offer Sanitizing & Cleaning Solutions, of which include: Hand Sanitiser automatic stations and dispensers, Australian made Hand sanitizer gels with Aloe Vera and sanitizing treatments for site offices, new builds, hospitals and schools.
This also includes the final clean of new builds, new tenants in retail and offices, once all other trades have finished. All premises are thoroughly cleaned by our professional team, and after being checked personally by me we then further sanitize the area once everyone has left. We leave the room and set off an air sanitizer fogger which kills 99.9% of germs after the room has been vacated, to further ensure a fully sanitized area.
